NEC4 Notifications and Time bar provisions

Notifications are an important ‘type’ of communication within NEC4 contracts.
They are principally used where you are bringing a matter to the attention of the other party.
Some notifications act as a ‘condition precedent’ and, in certain instances, there is also an associated ‘time bar’.
Being aware of these is essential to ensure that you don’t lose any rights under the contract and ensure robust contract administration.
