Michael Rogers BSc MSc DipIC FICE CEng CGeol FGS CEnv FCInstCES, Professional Development Manager

 

After gaining a BSc in Mining Geology in 1987, Mike began his career in the mining industry, spending three years in Southern Africa working as an Exploration and Mining Geologist on gold and diamond projects.

Mike returned to the UK to undertake an Engineering Geology MSc at Imperial College, subsequently worked as a Consulting Engineer where he focused on contaminated land, ground investigation and staff development.

Overseas work has always been a strong feature with Mike, notably in Southern Africa, the Middle East, India, South East Asia and Australia/New Zealand. In this capacity Mike has been able to support companies and individuals as they seek to maximise their training and development potential.  

Mike has run CMNA since December 2015 to support Professionals in regards to their training and development needs.
