Matt Levine MSc FCInstCES is a Chief Engineering Surveyor with BAM and has over 30 years' experience in geomatics, engineering surveying and project delivery across the UK rail, infrastructure and Middle East oil and gas sectors.

His career has included senior technical and leadership roles on major infrastructure and energy projects.  

A Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) and member of its Council of Management, Matt has been actively involved with the Geomatics Engineering Professional Committee (GEPC) for over 15 years, including more than eight years as a corresponding member.

As Vice Chair of GEPC, he has contributed to the development of geomatics guidance notes, competency frameworks and professional standards that support the advancement of the profession. He also serves as Vice Chair of the Education, Professional Development & Membership Committee and recently led the update of the CICES Rules of Professional Conduct.  

An active examiner and mentor, Matt is passionate about professional development, vinyl records, live music, reading and walking in the Shropshire Hills.
