Mark is a Quantum and MEP Expert Witness, and the CEO of Diales Group Plc. 

Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Mechanical Engineer with over 45 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry.  

He began his career training as a mechanical and electrical engineer, with a firm of specialist contractors, spending time on a wide range of sites including commercial buildings, office developments, industrial projects, and a number of schools and hospitals, learning firsthand the skills and knowledge that support him not only as a practicing testifying Expert Witness on projects across the globe, but also in lecturing and presenting across a range of topics including project controls and contract administration.
