Andy is a life-long fan of digital survey engineering survey.

He works in the product management team for Topcon Positioning Systems.

He has expertise in digital survey techniques and recently led the creation of the new Digital Engineer pathway to Institution membership. He was the President of CICES between 2022-2023.
