David Clark BSc (Hons) FCInstCES CCES MRICS MCIOB NEC Reg is Commercial and Delivery Director at Cooks Marine Services, a specialist marine contractor, bringing nearly two decades of experience across civil engineering operations, estimating and commercial management. 

 

Alongside his day-to-day role, David runs Civil & Build Solutions, his own commercial consultancy, and co-founded Construction Business Academy Worldwide, supporting contractors with commercial and business skills. 

 

Within CICES, David was recently elected to the Council of Management as a trustee, he is keen to use the role to strengthen the commercial voice within the profession and elevate the standing of CICES. David also serves as Vice Chair of the South East Regional Committee. 

Outside work, David lives in East Sussex and loves nothing more than a good country walk in the Ashdown Forest with his family and dog Woody.
