Adam Holmes is a Chartered Engineer and Principal Planning Engineer with over 20 years at BAM.

He has extensive experience in planning, commercial support, dispute avoidance and forensic schedule analysis across major civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

A Fellow of multiple professional institutions, he has served as Honorary Secretary of the CICES since 2021, contributing to governance, leadership and industry development.

Adam mentors’ candidates pursuing professional qualifications and has presented at major industry events. His project portfolio includes significant flood defence, energy, marine, and infrastructure schemes, demonstrating strong technical, leadership and relationship‑building capabilities.
