Routes to CICES membership

CICES has multiple membership grades depending on your qualifications, experience, and role.

Student

Student Membership is free for those enrolled on relevant civil engineering surveying courses. 

Associate apprentice (ACInstCES)

Associate apprentice membership is open to those who have completed a relevant Level 3 or 4 apprenticeship.

Graduate (GCInstCES)

Are you about to graduate or perhaps you recently have? Our graduate membership is designed for you.

Technical (TCInstCES)

Been working in the industry for a few years? Technical membership can help you advance in your career. 

Member (MCInstCES)

Experienced civil engineering surveyor? Become a CICES member for recognition and exclusive benefits.

Fellow (FCInstCES)

Become a CICES Fellow, our highest membership level. Ready to take the next step?
