Kiri Parr, from Kiri Parr Law Pty Ltd

Kiri will speak on the new FIDIC Carbon Management Guide and its novel approaches to driving improved carbon management on construction projects. For more than 25 years Kiri has been involved with the planning, delivery and disputes of many iconic projects in Australia and overseas. Kiri has first hand experience of the issues facing project delivery and how to design procurement systems that deliver more reliable outcomes.

Scott Losee, from Losee Consulting Pty Ltd 

Scott will speak on concurrent Australian market approaches to measuring and reducing its carbon emissions and its effectiveness. With 35+ years’ experience, Scott specialises in sustainability, carbon and energy advice, and climate adaptation. As founder and director of Losee Consulting, he brings senior leadership experience from both private and public sectors. He has led sustainability and energy strategies for major infrastructure projects, supports decision-making, develops tools, and engages stakeholders across organisations.
