Clear goals, measurable progress, and transparent reporting

The CICES Women’s Network is committed to being clear about what it is trying to achieve and open about progress against those aims.

Each year, the Network sets goals to support:

  • Increased participation in the Women’s Network
  • Increased representation of women within CICES
  • Increased progression towards and achievement of chartership

Progress is tracked and reviewed to ensure activity is focused, relevant, and effective.

Our goals and targets

The Women’s Network has clear annual goals focused on growth, progression, and participation.

Targets are currently being agreed and will be published here once confirmed.

These targets will include:

  • Growth in Women’s Network membership
  • Increase in the number of women within CICES
  • Increase in women progressing towards and achieving chartership
