Why we exist
Too many women struggle to see a clear route into, through, or up within the construction industry. Not because they lack ability, but because they lack visibility, support, and access to people who have already done it.
The Women's Network brings together real stories, practical activity, and professional support to help women make informed career decisions and progress with confidence.
We are open to everyone: women at all stages of their careers, and allies who support the aims of the Network.
What we do

About the Women's Network
We support women who are CICES members working in, or considering careers in, construction, surveying, geospatial, and infrastructure. We provide a professional space to boost visibility, share experience, and develop careers. We welcome all.
What we do
The Network focuses on practical activity supporting women at every career stage, increasing visibility across the profession, and driving long-term cultural change — aligned with CICES priorities, including the Golden Thread for Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
